180 Fitness Description
180 Fitness. Tuesday and Thursdays 18: 30-19: 30 in Aberdour.
Sessions cost just £4 pay as you go and your first class is absolutely FREE!
Your instructor Nadine is Active IQ qualified and is a strongwoman althlete with a passion for all things weight related.
Classes are open to men and women aged 16 and over. All levels of fitness are welcome.
No matter what your personal fitness goals are, 180 Fitness can help you along the way.
Our sessions will incorporate proven training methods from Mini strongwoman events, high intensity interval training, circuits and team challenges.
So come along, bring a family member or a friend and get yourself happier, healthier and stronger!
