It was hard to get an answer by email but after posting 1 star review the company contacted. It was good to notice that they follow comments and are responsive. But they did not admit that it was them who did not response my emails and I felt they were blaming me of a bad review even the post was totally justified.

In the end they came in to fix the problem on time and were fast and tidy. Without the communication problems at first I would have given 5 stars. I think we agreed on some level about the communication issues and they promised to forward internal feedback. Would use their service next time as well.

Would definitely recommend - came out there and then to install our new machine. Also did some necesary joinery work to make new machine fit. Will be keeping this company in mind for future work that needs done!

I can't recommend Mo highly enough. I had a radiator emergency and he came out very quickly. Very professional and extremely helpful. Excellent service and very reasonable prices.

Mo was an absolute star- he came to service the boiler and explained everything to me clearly and was very helpful, even calling the boiler company on my behalf to make an appointment for me. I cannot recommend this company enough. Sounds cliché, but good help is hard to find until you try these guys. Thanks Mo!!!

First choice plumbing was amazing. He came quickly and quoted me a fair offer for a new toilet and gas safely check. He installed the toilet beautifully and quickly. I cannot recommend first choice plumbing highly enough. I would definitely use them again.

Mo did a fantastic job with a central heating power flush on old radiators in my flat. The difference it has made is amazing!

Would give no stars if I could. No service to speak of. Took booking for fitting of gas cooker and I confirmed appointment twice by phone with txt follow up, then no show, not even a courtesy call to say job was cancelled. Avoid
