24/7 look after 2 properties for me and when I buy another couple next year I'll be using them as they are good to deal with.

It's good that 24/7 are local and can pop round to your property if something is going wrong.

My 6 properties are being looked after by 24/7 and I can trust them to do a good job. Yes, little issues come up (rent not on time from tenant or tenant damage) but they deal with them quickly and without much hassle.

No letting agent is perfect, but these guys are about as good as you can get. Fees are decent, rents are paid on time.

Craig is great to deal with. As a landlord it's good that I've always got one point of contact and that they can take care of things without me having to check up every 5 minutes.

Shocking customer service!!! Gave them 4 flats to manage and had nothing but issues. The service was diabolical. No statements, no returned phone calls and a very high turnover of staff. Please be careful.
