The 25th Edinburgh is the oldest Boys’ Brigade Company in Edinburgh, having been established in 1888. We are also one of the largest companies in Edinburgh and meet each week in St. Philip's Church in Portobello.


About the BB

The Boys’ Brigade is a Christian Youth Organisation with over half a million members world wide. The objective of the BB is “The advancement of Christ’s kingdom among boys and the promotion of habits of Obedience, Reverence, Discipline, Self-Respect and all that tends towards a true Christian manliness. ” The Boys' Brigade is made up of three sections; Anchor Boys and Junior Section for younger boys and Company Section for older boys and teenagers.
