Nice and close to everything you want to see in Edinburgh, only about a 10 mins walk. One thing to mention if you are a light sleeper is that rooms at the front can be a little noisy from the road, although next year they will be putting in new windows so won't be a problem. Staff were lovely and very accommodating, were totally happy so look after our bags before and after checking in /out. Would recommend this place and happily stay again
