We booked 29 for a chilled, long & leisurely girlie lunch. The food was delicious but it was Robert's fantastic customer service & attentiveness that stood out by far. Absolutely impeccable & a real professional at his game. Brilliant asset to the business!

Took my wife here for her birthday dinner. From start to finish was perfect. We both had a really nice steak and bottle of wine. The staff were very attentive and kept out wine glasses topped up. Can’t fault the food,staff or venue. We will defo be back again with the family.

The perfect setting for our wedding reception. All our guests loved the variety of rooms and we had so many comments on the venue. Louize the wedding coordinator and her team were so accommodating, everything about organising our wedding here was made so easy with their help. Louize also went out of her way to help us and we are so grateful for her taking the time or arrange things out with her normal duties to make sure everything ran like clockwork! I can not recommend highly enough. If you are thinking of booking your wedding here then do it - you won’t be disappointed.

Louize, Leanne and all the wedding team were amazing! From the moment we decided to book this venue for our wedding to the day itself they were great! We received many compliments from our guests about the food and service and the day ran without a hitch which meant we could just relax and enjoy the day! Thank you for making our day so special! �

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Janis who organised a last minute change to a staff night out. She knew exactly what we wanted and the place was perfect. Big thank you to the staff on the night as well! I would definitely recommend for any type of event.

Had a lovely afternoon tea at 29 on Saturday 30th June staff very pleasant and attentive asking if we needed more tea coiffee etc, food/cakes were delicious and lovely and fresh although I thoroughly enjoyed I would have liked maybe a couple more sandwiches and less cake? Just a personal opinion but overall a lovely day for me and my mum. I would recommend and would also go again.

Food,service, staff & atmosphere first class. Beautiful venue too, will definitely re-visit �

Could not recommend 29 highly enough as a wedding venue. Louize was great as our wedding planner. Leanne and her staff were brilliant on the day. Food, venue and staff were first class. Thank you for making our day special Corrie & Catherine 27.12.17

Been going to 29 for steaks since it opened. I try other steak restaurants in Glasgow but get let down so I always drift back to 29. The service is amazing and the steaks are just out of this world. Probably the best restaurant in Glasgow in my opinion.

A big thanks to Louize and the team at 29 for their part in making our wedding day brilliant, from start to finish everything ran like clockwork..The food was phenomenal the staff were amazing. The venue is beautiful and completely perfect if you are looking for a cool city centre venue.

Had afternoon tea with my mum for her birthday . Had a lovely time staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us . Great selection of sandwiches and cakes . My mum loved her day .

Worst steak meal I have ever had. Rude waiter and cheapest cut of steak that I have ever had the misfortune to pay for, wouldn’t even feed it to the dog. Overpriced and pretensions. Two people in party had a deal, myself and other party paid full price, we all added starters, but they took away all side plates, so no bread for anyone. We had seen middle aged male waiter earlier in the day talking to people like they were dirt. Bad experience all round.

Would not recommend for a function

Staff have terrible attitude

Lager on tap not working so bar staff having to go to another bar for pints and asked people to order other drinks

Please don't go here for afternoon tea, it's vile. Bread was hard.. Synthetic cream (should be clotted cream) Absolutely awful. I had a better afternoon tea in a cafe in Loch lomond. For such a pretentious place they used Mcdonald sauce fillers for the jam and cream.. Vile

Last weekend I visited the restaurant and experienced quite possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever had. The food was mediocre at best. I thought I’d give them the chance to try and rectify this but a week later and various calls and emails I’m still waiting for a manager to call me back. The most disappointing thing about the situation is that restaurant disregard for their customers.

I am a reg customer saturday night atmosphere was awful the meal and service in restaurant was ok but when we moved into lounge area it was beyond belief the service was diabolical when we tried to get served we were told by a couple of waiters they were to busy to serve us when they were only standing chatting to each other! The ladies toliets were full of ladies being sick and fighting every time I went in it was reported by numerous people but noone wanted to know resulting in my party and others leaving. Such a shame loved this place until now but you really need to sort this out dont mean to be harsh but it was awful!

Flew over from Dublin to attend a wedding reception here last night. Met up with a few friends beforehand, had a few pints, was refused entry to the reception as I was supposedly too drunk. Had to get one of the guests to come out and take my wedding gift. Bouncers were extremely rude throughout
