Dante the sphynx kitten was in to start his vaccine course this week. What a gorgeous boy and look at those wee crinkley legs 😻❤

Everyone meet adorable labrador puppy Blue 😍 💙 He's 4mths old and has been a very good boy for all of his vet visits so far. His tail never stops wagging. I would say he's happy to see me, but I think it's more to do with the treat box 😋

Our lovely student nurse Emily is in the midst of completing her final year placement with us. She has followed the degree route to gain her veterinary nurse qualification and has been working her socks off for the last 4 years!! Some of you will be familiar with her as our saturday girl too 😊 She is on the last hurdle and in the middle of completing her dissertation. If you have a brachycephalic dog could I ask you to spare the time and fill out the attached survey please.

And just like that, what feels like the longest (most skint 🙄) month of the year is almost done! Which means we need a new Facebook cover star ⭐ The post with the most likes will be uploaded tomorrow 😊 We love this part of the month and seeing all the adorable pets ❤

We have been preparing for months. We had our Royal college 4 yearly inspection today. We were questioned on all our standard operating procedures, health and safety, medicine compliance, legal compliance to name but a few. This is an optional scheme in order to ensure we are operating to the highest of standards for patients, clients and staff. Fingers crossed we pass again. Thanks to all staff for their hard work and preparation. Nurses Karen and Lauren are now hibernating till summer #team3mile #alwaysstrivingforthebest #3milegoingtheextramile

If you are coming to visit us this afternoon please take care. The shop next door had an oil spill and the ground outside is very slippy. Our nurse team are on the case #nojobtootough

I now have even more sympathy for owners with dogs who try to eat everything!! My own little monkey decided to slurp down a long piece of mop fibre, in a similar fashion to how we eat spaghetti 😩 Thankfully she was caught in the act and we gave her treatment immediately to make her vomit. Low and behold the piece of string (almost the same length of her body) came straight back up.
Moral of the story is....if your dog is as silly as mine and eats something they aren't supposed to, contact us asap as we may be able to help them bring it back up before it causes any issues 🙄

Anyone else familiar with this feeling?? 🤣🤣🤣
