Wee all had a good night on the 2 of march in 30's for my son's 18 th birth day party and the dj and staff were amazing thanks again

Sunday nights are fab, best night I've ever had in 30's, well done stevie, it was a great night, can't wait for sterofunk now!

Had a great time and will definitely be back.. Package we booked for work night out was brilliant and the service was 5 stars.. Will definitely go again for our next work night out..

Great night on friday night the booth is great hostess was great and helpful got a bit too drunk than normal but its defo worth the money

Can I just say we had a booth booked for a friends birthday and from the minute we arrived to the minute we left the girl (forgot her name but had black hair tied up there's a photo of her in your photos from Saturday) looked after us! Everytime I turned round she was there asking if we were okay did we need anything. The best member of staff yous have had in many years and a credit to the club make sure the girl gets the recognition for outstanding service she deserves it!

We were in Sugar, followed by 30s, for a hen night at the weekend and had a fantastic time. Cracking venue for a private function, the DJ was brilliant - as was the buffet - and we all had a great time in 30s afterwards.

I was in it last night for the first time since the refurb and its looking good. Lots of positives atmosphere was good felt it was more spacious, drinks were quite expensive but music was good so... :D. Don't really get the hole over 25 thing because my friend was told in a message it was over 21s policy but overall good night except from bouncer not letting the other 2 guys in nd the manager wanting to let them in but all in all was good few teething issues but still enjoyed me night ;-)

I was at your venue last night with a few work colleagues we were ha ing a great nite and our host jade was fab but your dj for the nite dj brain something or anuther was very rude and aggresive we gently tapped him on the shoulder for a song request he was very arrogant and rude with his reply ( dont dare touch me he said ) this was a gentle tap not a punch tae the back his attitude and agressivness actualy frightened me tjere was absolutey no need would he have spoken to a male like that some how a dont think so and lets face it not as if it was david guetta standing up there not wanting the crowds to close to him x this is one aroggant agressive man who defo shouldnt be in that line of work mingling with happy go people on a night safe tae say because of this idiot i will never ever set foot in your club again !!!

See when a person looks to enquire and then book a couple of booths for a 21ST BIRTHDAY, surely the first thing to make them aware of is you're age restrictions?! One of my friends enquired about booking a couple of booths for her 21st birthday and yous were more than happy to accept the booking without any questions. However, when we asked about the age restrictions a few days later, yous finally made her aware of something that should have been made abundantly clear when the booths were booked. If we found out about this on the night before we were to go or even the night we decided to go out, when yous would have refused us at the door, this could have ruined a great night due to not have been informed this vital information beforehand. A shining of example of customer service right there.

Poor customer service. You's messed my friend about something awful with the false information you gave to her. Next time someone plans on booking something STATE that it's for over 25s there and then don't wait until someone gets their hopes up to be told that it's for over 25s only as that person has to change all their plans which can i just say my friend had to do. I'm pleased to say she and all of us are taking our service else where.

Maybe I wouldn't have been so sarcastic if he'd had a some manners e.g. 'Alright folks, how many of you are there? Can I see some ID?' Instead I was met with an abrupt 'what age are you in?' This is when he couldn't handle my sarcasm and I decided to walk in I was met with a hand pushing me back. I should have asked for the manager but instead left extremely angry. Safe to safe I won't ever be back.

Upon arrival, as we didn't know the name the booth was booked under, we were charged £8 for entry with the staff member behind the counter saying that if we could prove we were booked into a booth we would be refunded. An hour later, after proving we were indeed booked into the booth, we were told a refund was not possible due to all party members being there (which was a lie as 2 people were not there). Not only was a booth forked out for, we were also kicked out after a member of the public start being aggressive to one of the members of our party. So we were lied to, taken advantage of and then kicked out for something that wasn't our fault.



100% would not recommend to anyone, the place is packed to the rafters and clearly doesn't meet fire safety regulations and the staff are liars.

I was out last night with a group of friends to celebrate my birthday and I was extremely disappointed with the attitude of the bouncers as well as the manager. I do not understand how they can decide on the day whether to let people under 25 in or not. We were neither drunk or aggressive so I do not understand why the bouncers wouldn't let us in. I was in this club last year when I was 18 and had a brilliant night. I travelled from Edinburgh especially to come to your club to be met by doormen who's discretion went against our group, although there was many girls well under as well 25 being welcomed in with smiles. May I make a suggestion, you are either allowed in under 25 at all times or not at all not depending on the doormens discretion/mood. I urge anybody else to read the reviews before coming to your club as they are pretty shocking since the management has changed. Safe to say I will never be back.

Was basically told if I wanted a seat I had to pay for it, ridiculous not one seat available & if u stand anywhere near one of the reserved seats which are everywhere your told to move. Plus the music is pathetic "Bop, Bop Baby by Westlife" that's poor!!!

Booked booth all arrived all took to booth yet 10 minutes later owner and member of staff arrived to tell us to leave and offered us a corner that aint a booth and tries to charge full price .



Rather than admit they fucked up they made us feel as if wee wer the problem ram yer booth up yer hole ya pie
