A fantastic experience from start to finish. Lorna is so knowledgeable and I felt in super safe hands. I now have a skincare routine that works for me and I've even started to receive compliments on my skin, something I never thought possible! I can't wait for my next amazing facial at 33Dowanhill!

I have quite sensitive skin so was really intrigued to try a bespoke facial. I booked an appointment with Lorna who was so welcoming and also extremely knowledgeable about different skincare products that are right for my skin. Lorna's massage technique was great and the ambience of the room was very relaxing. I left with great advice about how to introduce acids into my routine. My skin was glowing and felt amazing afterwards! I will definitely book a facial with Lorna again.

Jo took the time to discuss any concerns I had with my skin, she tailored the facial to my particular needs and gave great advice. The massage element of the facial was amazing, I highly recommend 33Dowanhill and will most certainly be back.

I can't recommend 33Dowanhill highly enough. From the first point of contact with Jo, I felt welcomed and listened to, and the facial was the best I've ever had: a great mix of massage with high-tech and natural products. I can already see the difference and can't wait to go back next month!

I loved the whole experience that Jo at 33 Dowanhill offers. The treatment rooms have been decorated to a very high standard and you immediately feel calmer and more relaxed. The facial was the best facial I have ever had. Jo uses lots of different products that suit your skin so each facial is designed for the needs of your skin at that time. Jo also uses massage techniques on your face that are both relaxing and beneficial. I could see a change in my skin immediately and will be adding 33 Dowanhill to my monthly routine.

I was absolutely delighted with my first facial at 33Dowanhill. Previous bad experience, due to my sensitive skin, left me a bit wary of visiting beauty salons, but I was intrigued as Joanna's place does only bespoke facials. My skin was positively glowing as I left. She used lovely, gentle products which smelt great and also gave me some advice about how to deal with my skin. All finished off with an Indian head massage which nearly put me to sleep! Definitely a keeper, I'll be back!
