No 34 is a beautiful and newly renovated family run guest house situated in the west end of St Andrews. We ar are only a minutes walk to the town centre and a few minutes from the Old Course , St Andrews University and the beach at West Sands. Our accommodation comprises of four luxury bedrooms which can be arranged as either superking or twin beds. All of our rooms have large impressive en-suite faciities. The property also boasts an extensive lounge, separate sun-lounge and a lovely secluded garden; all for the use of our guests to relax and unwind.

Our rooms have been tastefully decorated with your comfort and relaxation in mind. All of our rooms have a large ensuite shower room or bathroom. We have also installed Sony Smart TV's for those lazy morning lie-ins.
