360 Property carries out most aspects of property hence the name 360;

Rental - both commercial & residential
Build to Rent - This has been the main focus of the company to date
Build to Sell - This is an area that we are doing more of.
Joint Venture - With the current financial market JVs are more common and we have carried out a number of these. Typically we provide the finance, but are also able to provide resources to carry out projects
Geography - Whilst not limited our focus is on South Wales and the South West of England
