38 Broughton Road is a self contained apartment located in central Edinburgh which is close to all main tourist attractions. The Royal Botanic gardens are a 10 minute walk down the road and Princes Street and the heart of Edinburgh are a 10 minutes walk in the opposite direction.
The flat itself is a main door, double bedroom with a kingsize bed and double sofa bed in the sitting room. There is a fully furnished kitchen with major appliances and cooking facilities and a newly refurbished shower room with separate changing facility.
We endeavour to make your stay as comfortable as possible and have provided free high speed broadband for your convenience along with a large TV with Freeview.

A short walk will access various lovely bars and restaurants and there is a bus route which is accessible 2 minutes from your door which will connect you with the whole of Edinburgh.

As the flat is self catering, you have the ability to pop in to 2 major supermarkets which are opposite along with a lovely coffee shop so you will never be short of anything you would need.
