Recently cadets completed heartstart training. This is the first step in our first aid progressive training syllabus. All cadets performed well and took home valuable life lessons. We will be undertaking more thorough training with our cadets in the near future.

Happy birthday ma’am
Today cadets from 383 (Alloa) Sqn attended RAF Kirknewton, the home of 661 Volunteer Gliding Squadron, where they were given tuition enabling those cadets who had previously flown to achieve their blue wings.
Later this month we will be returning as our cadets attend for gliding. We cannot wait.

The RAF Air Cadets is a fantastic opportunity for the young men and woman of Alloa they and can learn a lot of qualifications and gain many experiences.
My son joined 383 squadron air cadets nearly a year ago, in that time he has flown a plane, been on a chopper flight, attended camp, attended the East fortune air show and this week will attend the military tattoo dress rehearsal. This is to name only a very few of the opportunities they offer weekly and monthly to cadets. Twice a week they meet and have a range of activities available from swimming to marching and building their own flight simulator (and everything in between). This has been the best club my son has joined? I cannot recommend it highly enough.
Fantastic Organisation
