Nowhere to park outside after 0800hrs. Sits on two sides of the same road and no clear signage as to which depot you need.

Took them over three hours to recover me and my car when their depot was less than a three minute drive away.

Terrible! Dragged my Range Rover onto the back of a truck with the transmission locked in park instead of doing the job properly with a hiab! AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

Brilliant, efficient & professional service. Kept me informed every step, the track my recovery link amazing and the chap Kenny! What a gentleman and truly a fantastic professional.

Kenny thank you, and you my friend are a credit and an asset to 911 Recovery.

5hr journey down the road from the A71 but your hospitality and going that extra mile made it feel like 2hrs.

Bosses at 911 - cherish this gentleman, very hard to come by genuine and nice people these days.

Kenny - Thank you.

POLICE CONDONE BIKE KIDNAP AFTER A CRASH
After an accident at 10am on a Friday morning bike was "held" due to limited opening hours until Mon am with a charge of nearly £300 to release after some very shaky proof of ownership. Cliftonhall Rd site is very poorly signposted, telephone communication during hours when closed puts you into a "press 2, press 5" .continuous loop without giving any information about opening hours. Closed at weekend and only open 9 to 12.15 (prompt) then 1.30 to 4.45, not exactly convenient for anyone who is working. All in all a very frustrating and costly service, what is the alternative when you are lying on the ground awaiting an ambulance?

I have been trying to contact someone on your phone line for the past hour. Every time I press and option it continually tells me your call is important to us press option 1,2,3,4, etc.. when the option is pressed I get the same message your call is important and the same as above - this has lasted for an hour and still haven't got through.

What a SHAMBLES.

The police use them. The damage cars. My las car got lifted cos it was so called blocking a drive way. I parked it.

There was plenty of room to get the other car out. When I went to get my car, it wasn't there, so I immediately reported it to the police as stolen.

An officer was put in charge of my case because according to there computer, 911 didn't have it. Anyway, the officer was very nice, keeping me informed daily that there was no sign of my car.

Then 3 week later he called and told me he had bad news and I should get a solicitor. The car had been in 911 recovery all the time which by now was 3 weeks and as they are a Private company and not related to the police, there's was a storage charge of £500.

The next thing I knew, the offices that I had been dealing with had disappeared, apparently transferred to another police station.

The police then ran a PNC check on me, without probable cos, just to see if I had a police record. Then they checked my road tax and insurance.

Now this was a new car I had got from new. It was now 2 days until it was a year old. Anyway, now that the car had been in the 911 recovery for 3 weeks, my tax and insurance had run out. So to get the car back it was going to cost me £1130.

That's 911 money, road tax and insurance. I don't have that kind of money. So i got a solicitor who instructed the police to get the car released immediately and if need be pay 911 there money S it was the police at fault.

By now the police were playing hard ball and got they're own solicitor. months were now passing as each solicitor sent letters to one another. By now 6 months had passed and I still didn't have my car, or any car for a wee runaround.

I then got a letter in the post from the DVLA stating the car had been sold and as I was no longer the registered keeper of my car I had to sign it over to the new owner.

Now this is where it gets even more mad. The car was on financed. It was an £8500 car when I bought it. I was paying it off at £120 per month. So I'd paid off £1320. The 12th months payment wasn't due yet.

So as far as I'm aware, what 911 recovery did was illegal. They took my car to auction and sold it for a quid under 3 grand. Ie £2999.

So now I've got no car. The cars finance company aren't chasing med for the money, which is a good thing. But the guy that bought it at auction in goods faith has probably had the car taken off him and given back to my finance company lol.
