I have rented with flat in town for the past 4 years and have been excellent in terms of customer service. They are quick and professional and everything is dealth with straight away. This year there was a problem with broadband so they installed a 4g wifi hub until it was sorted. All good.

From Paris, I rent a flat for a month in Edinburgh-New Town. The flat looked exactly like the photos on the webiste. It was very clean and tidy with all the usefull equipment.
The agency was very easy to join even on sunday. The contract that we signed was completly respected.

Could not wish for a better letting experience. From the get-go they were easy and transparent to deal with. I was renting a short term let from overseas so there was a fair amount of anxiety over choosing a place based entirely on pictures. But A Flat in Town was great. What they advertised exactly matched what we got, their documentation process was simple and streamlined, and communication was fantastic all the way through.
