A For Audi Ltd

I don't normally do reviews but I had to! I love my car and wont let just ANYONE service it, A For Audi were recommend by a work colleague. I had been told they had just opened a new place E For Express at QPark in Waterloo st. I decided to bite the bullet, I called and booked last week. I arrived at their town reception (Pretty Cool) and left my car at 8.30 am, I work close by so it was very easy and very convenient, the guy in town was superb, clearly very knowledgeable. A girl called me through the day to confirm everything was OK and arranged for my car to be returned, she was first class.
They had carried out my extra instructions with ease, and identified one issue which took another dealer who will remain anonymous 4 visits to identify. I was already aware of it but A For Audi never knew that, so fair play to them. I can't recommend highly enough, thanks guys.

I've been using a4audi for the last 10 years and I always get 1st class service and advice from Andy and the team. The prices are very reasonable and any time I've needed more extensive work done they give a couple of options which is really helpful.

Honest, trustworthy, down to earth great service and staff. Sooo much cheaper than BMW quoted for my car. Will not be going anywhere else ever again.

Better cheaper and friendlier service than main dealers.

Owning a car isn't cheap and no matter how hard you try and careful you are, things go wrong. If you can't fix them yourself, you need someone's help.

You could of course go to a main dealer but they will grab as much money as they can off you - including and starting with for just opening the bonnet.

I've been going to A4Audi for nearly seven years now. My first bill was more than what i eventually sold the car for but Andy, as always, was up front about my options and the choices i had - i trusted him. I don't regret it and these guys have looked after me ever since.

If you're scouring the net looking for help with your car - give them a chance - you won't look back.

Extremely reasonable prices for everything. Fantastic customer service, including picking up your car and returning it to you. All staff are extremely helpful and friendly; and nothing is ever a problem. Always provide great advice. Been using the garage for 5 years - just wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic service. EGR unit failed and needed replaced. Dealer's quote for the job was OTT. Was given Andy's details through a friend. Great service and excellent price. Will be back !
