Great experience with this company. Ive been using this company for a few years now both to buy my own vehicles and also for servicing and repairs. Quite a few of my family and friends have used them as well and never had any problems with them. Service has always been first class. I would recommend to anyone wanting to buy a car or looking to get a repair done to theirs. They now do body work repairs as well. Ive go a small scratch one one of my cars. I will be using them for this repair as well.

I bought a couple of cars from here and I found everyone was hellbent on ensuring I received the best service possible.
The condition of the cars were impeccable and I got way more than I paid for.

Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I know where I'll be going to get my third car when the time comes.

Outstanding Service received, popped in to have a look and got myself a great detail on a new motor further more got AA extended warranty for peace of mind(great added bonus most garages don't offer). Also took the wife's car in for an MOT and getting couple dent/scratches repaired, car now looks brand new now. Great service with very reasonable prices, Highly recommended for purchasing a new car, MOT or repairs.

How can this company get away with so many fake reviews.

My boyfriend and I purchased a Ford Fiesta from this "car dealership". Within two weeks we had issues with the car. Been back and forward to the dealership more times than I can remember. Continuously fobbed off.

The owner clearly likes staring at my boyfriend but the big receptionist told us it was because he was in to body building and there was nothing more to it. Really bizarre and strange person.

Anyway trading standards are well aware.

A reply to your post. I bought the car from Sir Harry Lauder Road. The chap who sold it to me was Asian, 5ft tall, always had a hat on and said he was the owner. There was always a big girl on reception. Disappointed you are choosing to lie.

my car needed an mot, service and some repairs to the bodywork carried out. very happy with the price, which was much less than i was quoted elsewhere. got everything done under 1 roof. the repairs and repainting of the damaged panels on my car were in particular an excellent job. one very happy customer. very quick service as well. i was even offered a courtesy car while they had my car for 3 days

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, eventually got car 3 weeks after payment, very bad communicators , had another garage look at car as brakes making noise, outcome was there were no sliding bolts on brake callipers!!! Very very dangerous, very rude on phone when I explained problem, basically saying not their fault, very bad company, will definitely not deal with them again

By far the worst company that i have the misfortune to deal with. the salesman was nothing but a liar and the description of the car i put a deposit on did not match the car. Go somewhere else and dont waste your time.Just awful .Ripped me off for£300, absolute scum.

I have had to take my car to get fixed 5 times in 6 months of having the car. Owner laughs at me asking why I am arguing with him about having to get the car fixed for a 6th time and forgets the car falls under the Consumer Rights Act. 2015. The radiator was leaking 2-3 days after I got the car they gave me a big bottle of antifreeze and told me to keep topping it up until they fixed it.... Knocking coming from the passenger front side wheel... Owner told me its not an MOT failure... Kwik Fit looked over the car (At My Cost) and told me the break caliper is missing the Anti-Rattle Spring... I told the owner that the car is unsafe... He let me drive the car with my 3 children in the car away telling me so what the warranty has ran out.... but told them about this problem from day 1. I was also told to come in next week whenever it was convenient for myself and they will write a list of problems with the car and give me a date to get it all fixed (I have video proof as I had to go in recording after he owner was very rude on the phone after I said I was going to citizens advice to find out how far I can push this company to fix the car). I turned up and the owner said what are you doing here there is no mechanics working today... I told him I have video proof of his colleague telling me to come in next week to get a list of problems written down... The owner just laughed at me and said there is no mechanics working what do I want him to do? I have now given citizens advice all the relevant documentation video proof ect... I intend to take this as far as it can go. It is not up to me as a consumer to prove the problems with the car were there after I paid for the car... It is the company that has to prove that the problems were not there after I purchased the car. I intend to re-post another review after the whole out-come has been done. Called owner today and was told to come down to his office... I got there and he started asking me to tell him the racial name I apparently called him. I have never been racial in my whole life... There are names I would love to call this man but he is not worth the effort but he was rolling his sleeves up continued to ask me several several times to tell him what I apparently called him... I then asked why I was to come to his office and he said so he can ask me face to face what I apparently called him in a threatening manner. I have now given him his official notice to fix the car within 14 days.

Myself and my mum had a 5 star service from start to finish when buying our range rover. We love the car. We can't thank you enough. Highly recommended this garage.

They would be better off selling cattle BIG COW BOYS, baught a blue ford mondeo ST from them,

PROBLEMS FROM DAY OF SALE,
.sold it with tyres under the legal tread depth of 1.6mil

.injectors were shot car would not star so he fixed them to get it off the forecourt but never had them coded in to the car

.rear near side shock absorber was faulty my wheel was bouncing along the road

handbrake would not hold the car on a slight hill had to use bricks to park in my own drive

then the turbo BLOW on me 4 months down the line oil spitting out my exhaust.

a split alloy that caused a slow puncture well thats what i though was a puncture till i replaced the tyre.

and every time i tryed to get it fixed his reply was i have no staff to look at it.

i cancled my finance payments and have returned the kays and documents and filed a complaint through my finance vehicle quality control and they could not get hold of him so told them he can keep the car its currently still sitting out side his compound and it will remain there as i will not pay for this car and i will not be told im a lier when i confront him to why he is not communicating with my finance regaurding my complaint.

DO YOUR SELF A FAVIOUR GO TO ARNOLD CLEARK OR PETER VARDY ANY WERE BUT HERE you get better deals and service from gumtree.

I contacted the proprietor by telephone to enquire about a vehicle advertised on his website. He was very unhelpful, perhaps because it was a cheaper car, but hey, he IS a car dealer.
I asked for better quality photos than the very poor resolution ones on his website and he refused this reasonable request quite rudely. I found his email address on his website which turns out to be NOT in use, as my email bounced back to me.
If you want to deal with a sloppy, unhelpful and rude back street dealer who likes to hide in the shadows, then he's your man!
Utterly Useless. Treat like plague.

Great car and good service. 6 Month AA warranty and 1 years mot gave me complete peace of mind. Nice friendly people to deal with. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a second hand car.
