Wanting to move from Wales to Dundee to move in with my boyfriend was posing a challenge, I couldn't contact agencies easily and my boyfriend was stood up at many viewings until I found 'A Quick Let'.

Within 24 hours of showing interest in the flat I now currently rent, I was called back and I had a viewing arranged for the following weekend. After a successful viewing Stephen McIntosh called me personally to see how it went and from there things were set in motion. Within the space of a week or so Stephen had us all sorted. He was great, i could contact him easily at any time and the distance didn't pose a problem as all documents were send promptly over email and everything was explained to us via text or phone. I really do appreciate everything that A Quick Let has done for us, we love our new flat and they were so helpful. As first time renters they couldn't have made things easier and we would definitely recommend them.

Stephen McIntosh is a real professional. He is diligent, prompt, articulate, understanding, accommodating (if you forgive the pun) and courteous. We have encountered no difficulties in our dealings with A Quick Let and have always received the highest standard of service. He speedily found us a good tenant for our house (doing what it says on the tin) and walked us through the process patiently, without patronising us, while protecting our interests, both financially and with respect to the property itself. We would recommend his service without hesitation to any and all who are either seeking or renting out a home.
