My personal experience with The 30 Days To Healthy Living Plan 🐛🦋
Since January last year I’ve been on my own personal journey educating myself on what makes me be the best version of me 🥰 I've always gone to the gym since a young age but always sporadically & I've always been careful of what ingredients went in the food I was making or in products I was using but not to best of my ability. So... from January 2019 I've been consistently going to the gym & continuing on with m...y healthy ingredients & decided to build even more on that when I decided to do the 30 days to healthier living & further my knowledge & results 💪🙌
I was really excited to get started! The first week there was so many new experiences, I didn't have much prior knowledge with the plan so had no idea really what I was doing! Thank god for some of my amazing arbonne friends for their support & the Facebook support group, recipe book, Smoothie & meal ideas they were a fab!
The days started to get easier as I got into the swing of it..By week 2 I was bouncing out of bed (even with minimal sleep) I had so much more balanced energy throughout the whole day, I'm so much more productive, no brain fog or tiredness or slumps in the day & my skin was so much better! I felt better in myself in every way 🙌
Weight loss was NOT my goal, I wasn't doing this to lose weight, however many people do and have some AMAZING RESULTS 🙌 It wasn’t until I completed my plan when I compared the photos that I was not only impressed with the results on the inside but on the outside too! 😱
I feel AMAZING mentally & physically the differences I have achieved in only 4 weeks are immense! I am so pleased!
I will continue every day to implement what I’ve learned along the way & continue to use the nutrition daily to have a 80-20 balance through my own choice as theres no way I'm letting go of this feeling 😜😘

As a very small business, I would like to try and take any steps that I can to maintain a safe and healthy environment for all of my clients and myself to prevent the spread of Coronavirus.
... In light of recent news regarding Coronavirus, I would like to ask that if you:
▪️Are showing any symptoms, however mild
▪️Have recently returned from any of the affected areas
▪️Potentially been in contact with anyone showing any symptoms
that you please reschedule any booked appointments or book any future appointments for at least 7 days time.
I would also like to reassure you all that I will be taking the necessary steps to help minimise spread and contamination of the virus. I am now removing my children from nursery and school as a precaution for them especially as my eldest suffers badly from asthma. I am only going to be able to work mainly in the evenings and every 2nd Saturday, I will be being extra vigilant to make sure everything is extra clean between clients and making sure everyone wahses there hands as soon as they come into the salon and also use hand sanitizer, I will be wearing gloves and I have surgical masks for myself and clients to wear as extra precaution. I totally understand if anyone would prefer to reschedule appointments for the time being but if you would still like booked in I can still do appointments.
