To whom it may concern, As a tourleader from Denmark (Vitus), I recently went on a tour on one your coaches. very nice coach by the way. I had 3 different drivers, Lee, Ross and Jamie Starr. Jamie was our main coachdriver for the tour of Scotland and Orkney from the 6th of august to 13th of august.... I must say you have the best drivers, I met a few last year and they were all great, but this year you reached the sky!!!. Jamie Starr is truly a star. He was very attentive to both me and the guests. Very pleasant to be with, and he has a great sense of humour. When he turned up in kilt - everyone was very pleased, this is the real Scotland. But when he surprised the guests on Orkney, at The Ring of Brodgar to come walking up to the ring, where we were eating our packed lunch with his bagpipe, and entertaining us during lunch - that was just amazing.
I do hope that I am able to have Jamie as my private tour driver next year, and many years to come. I will contact you in advance before coming. A very pleasant, co-operative, well dressed driver who gave helpful suggestions which made our journey very pleasant. Dear colleagues and friends at AAA Coaches
Last week I had a tour with a group of passengers from Colombia, Spanish speakers from Latin America. ... The agency I was working for was Eurowelcome/ Latin Travel through Livia Pastor.
On the Thursday, Friday and Saturday, visiting Rosslyn and then two nights based in Inverness, our AAA Coach driver was Alex. Without much communication through English or Spanish, Alex still managed to make our group laugh and enjoy their time in Scotland. He was wonderful to all our guests and they really appreciated his fun as well as his professionalism. As for me as a guide, he was excellent, happy to help and chip in, and a great driver and valued colleague to work with on the roads here in Scotland.
Many thanks as always to all your keen and professional drivers. Visitors and guides alike appreciate it very much.

Would definitely use your company again,just back from the Stockport trip today,the driver Andy was such a pleasure and really made the trip,so friendly and helpful .would definitely be 5 stars from my husband and I.

Totally amazing family run company. Very reliable and helpful. Would definately recommend them to anyone .

These guys are brilliant. Lovely clean coaches, and great drivers! Have had the pleasure of using many companies due to my job... But these are hands down the best.

No to shabby a place ti work. All staff try to do their best and the management team are no bad either ’┐Į

My husband and myself took a coach trip to the Eden Project last month with AAA Coaches. I just want to say how much we enjoyed the coach trip and to especially thank the driver, George for all the care and attention he gave to all his passengers and for making the holiday so enjoyable. We will be back! Thanks again George ( I think his last name was Day?)

Just want to thank the staff I spoke to at AAA coaches who helped me get my violin back. When I realised I lost it, I wasn't sure whether I'd see it again. However, the customer service staff and driver were so helpful and offers to check the bus I'd been on a second time to make sure. I'm so glad I phoned back to give them my number!! After it was found, they gave me the number of the driver as well as his schedule so we could pick it up from Haymarket.



I'll always be thankful of their willingness to help me, even though losing the violin was entirely my fault! I got the driver a wee bottle of red and a card, but felt the need to thank everyone at AAA coaches for their help! Would highly recommend losing a very precious and irreplaceable item to all my friends ’┐Į Thank you thank you thank you!!

Just came back from touring Scotland with Angel. Service minded, great personality, pleasant and smooth driving and my guests loved her parking skills. Hope we can match up again when I return with a new group in September

I've used AAA coaches for the past 4 years, to take our rugby team on tour. Their service is excellent from the first phone call to book a coach. To the service we received from their driver. We had John Roy on each tour, he made our tour so good and the boys enjoyed his company. I would recommend them anytime, it's such a great company with Linda making sure you get everything you ask for and more.

I just wanted to thank the staff at AAA Coaches for their help and for having such a wonderful bunch of drivers. I would particularly like to thank Kevin McLeod for his company and for being one of the greatest drivers I've ever worked with. He's not only willing to help, but also to teach and to go the extra mile so that I and the customers would have the best experience ever.

Once again, I'm very grateful and I really wish I'll have the chance to work with him this summer on the many tours we have.
