Good food and very well priced

Had a great stay here. Staff friendly and attentive. Food was good and bar busy with good atmosphere. Rooms were nice too.

The Abbotsford is one of my favorite places in Ayr. I live in the US, but visit Scotland every year to see family. I've never gotten to stay at the hotel, but therestaurant is lovely. The family who owns the hotel is always very warm and friendly, and the food always hits the spot.

On a nice day, the bar's patio is one of the best places to enjoy a drink. Definitely check it out if you have the chance.
