Abby is a passionate and experienced Pilates Instructor, she teaches mat classes to all ages and abilities. . Abby has also expanded her range of skills by recently qualifying as a Floor Barre Instructor. Abby’s background is in the contemporary dance world and utilises this expertise in her current roles. She has many years of experience and loves teaching. Her classes can be adapted for the likes of rehabilitative courses, one to ones, pre and post-natal, individually suited to the client’s needs.
