Very polite staff..
Busy train station but in the perfect central location. Very friendly staff.
Good and friendly staff however they wait till just before the train to let you know where to go :/ Fairly reliable service but they also charge a £10 admin fee on all returns which is entirely unessacery.

Can't complain about the location, but I'm not sure that one can take seriously a station with a single line of track.
Connections to Inverness and north and Glasgow Edinburgh South next to Union square shops for drink and food
A bit cold but it's nice enough, easy to spend time shopping in union square while you wait for your train.
