Aberdeen Airport Park And Depart

As usual with Aberdeen, over priced money grabbers with little care for customers.

This was a great place to park no waiting for taxis when you get off the plane staff was friendly and I would be definitely be using this service again bus was right there when we got of the plane from my holidays there was 10 of us so we booked for the 2 car's thank you for great sevice.

Split opinion on this car park. We have used it a couple of times and the car park is clean with good parking. The bus that takes us to the airport is also good clean and the driver very accommodating. On our recent return we had to call twice to get the bus to collect us from the airport waiting 30 minutes. the first time i called i was informed the bus was about to leave. It obviously wasnt as when i called back 20 minutes later i was again told it was about to leave. As i say we have used this car park a few times, this is the first problem i have encountered. We are looking to use car parking facilities for our next flights from Aberdeen later this month and also in August. I am not convinced i will use Park and Depart.

Fantastic staff and very swift service... Nice clean parking lot and bus also nice and clean... Loads of room on bus never packed... Used more than 10 times now with no problems... Would definitely recommend... 5 Stars

We used to have this car park alot. Convenient, cheap and more space.

Very good service and location

After an excellent experience on dropping off my car with a very polite driver I was met with a completely different experience on my return. I called the bus and it arrived 10 minutes later but once I was on the bus it just waited. I asked the driver how long it would be before we would leave and the driver was unwilling to say, telling me he would wait until other people came. Other people approached the driver to ask where they got the long stay transfer and he was most unhelpful telling them the bus was coming although it had not been called. We eventually left 10 minutes later. While the company employes people like that they will not get my support.
