The worst customer service experience I ever had from any company!

These are my 2 Audi S3 Car's that i have owned at 1 point, the 1st was the S3 3 Door Hatchback which unfortunately got written off but within 2 weeks after my insurance company (Liverpool Victoria) paid out fully i purchased my 2nd 5 Door S3 Sportback with every extra the car could have on it, to the 2 tone Black Leather with White Velvet Inlay Seats along with the Panoramic Sunroof, folding mirrors, rotar blade alloy wheels etc etc.
A beautiful example of what a real car should be & look like.
Audi is the best car's on & off the road 100% & i shall be sticking to them for the foreseeable future ­¤æÅ­¤æÅ­¤æÅ

Wow, I have been at most dealers within the city and can safely say this is exactly how things should be done.
Nothing is too much trouble, extremely helpful, no other dealer even comes close. Very impressed.

UPDATE.
After taking my car in for a routine job, Audi went ahead and did the infamous emissions campaign ecu flash, without telling me they were going to do it, and without my permission. Am really not happy.

Extremely disappointed at this behavior.

Poor, even by Audi standards. Sales team have dreadful communication standards. Been a "high end" Audi customer for many years and tried to talk to these people about an R8 several times. Gave up, Bought a 911.

Top notch service! I received impeccable service from beginning to end when I was searching for the right Audi for me. Even though initially I had stated that I wasn't going to buy immediately, I was treated with the utmost respect and helpfulness. I have had my Audi for almost a year now and can't fault it. Brilliant customer service...best in the city!

I bought a new a1 back in Jan. Had nothing but hassle from the start. The day I went to pick the car up, the salesman couldn't find it. Was given keys to a fancy TT to use and asked to come back the following day. The TT was an automatic, the salesman didn't explain anything about the car and didn't ask if I was okay with an auto.
A few weeks after getting my a1, a constant creeking/rattling started coming from the Centre console/dash area. It was booked into the service dept, was told it was fixed - got the car back, the problem continued. It is now May, my car has been in and out of the service dept a number of times, for lengthy periods and I'm still having this problem, with Audi saying they are unable to fix it. Audi managed to damage my alloy wheel in the process!! The last time my car came back, it was filthy inside and out. I have to say Rab the Service Manager has been excellent and very helpful throughout this, just a shame others are not at his level customer service wise. I formally rejected the car back in March, have been told by customer services they have 8 weeks to resolve this and refund my money. I was offered a replacement which I was going to take but due to the very poor service regarding this, I no longer want to deal with Aberdeen Audi. I will defo never be back for another car. I did leave a review on their Facebook page, it appears to have been removed!!

I was very apprehensive about purchasing a vehicle from Audi Aberdeen due to the distance and not being able to travel several hours to view the Audi A7 from Birmingham, but having spoken to Executive Salesman Bryan Evans, I knew I was in good hands, Bryan made everything clear simple and straightforward for me and he was always an email or phone call away, even when he was not at work!, he kept me informed throughout the whole process.
I am extremely pleased with my Audi A7 which I received today, I can't stop smiling.

I only have one regret and that is not being able to visit Audi Aberdeen and shake Bryan Evans hand and thank him in person, great guy, more importantly honest guy.
Hopefully next purchase, I will visit in person.

Incompetent or dishonest service team / technicians. Thankfully will never have to use them ever again. Bought a car they took in as part exchange and due to the cost to fix a part they decided not to tell me about it on their report. They instead gave it the all clear so I went ahead and bought the car unaware of this expensive fault. Very poor show and shame on this dealership.

I received outstanding customer service at my recent visit to the garage. From the initial phone call to arrange the appointment through to the delivery and collection it was simply 100% perfect at all times. I highly recommend Aberdeen Audi!!.
