Aberdeen Chamber Music Concerts Description
The Aberdeen Chamber Music Club (ACMC) was founded in 1930. Except for a few years during the Second World War, it has presented concerts ever since. In June 2009 we adopted the name Aberdeen Chamber Music Concerts. ACMC fosters the appreciation and study of chamber music by the promotion of an annual series of six concerts from ensembles of the highest quality, of Scottish, national and international standing. We aim to provide a stimulating mix of different types of ensemble, with programmes including both the core chamber music repertoire and less well-known and contemporary pieces.
