GREAT FOR MY SPORTS INJURIES

I would like to share this with all competitive athletes out there.

This year, in comparison to previous years, I have had no tendonitis or muscle strains.

According to my Chiropractor Dr. Costas, my pelvis was misaligned and my L5 joint was restricted, this was what had caused the pain which had kept me out of training in the past.

I have realised that by having chiropractic care regularly and preventatively my body is more in balance, I have more flexibility, no aches and pains, I sleep better and wake up more refreshed and with more energy.

after having a lifetime of back problems and starting to accept this was how is was to be for the rest of my life,I tried Costas at the Great Western road clinic,after 4 weeks there was a vast improvement,this was 14 months ago, i now only go for appointment approx every 3 months.I have a new lease of life now and can do most things in life that previous could not dream of,i cannot recommend this clinic highly enough.

Excellent practice! All the chiropractors are wonderful and the receptionists fit you in as quickly as possible. Always come out feeling great.
