Very well done to Ghillie, Lewis, and Nayel who competed in the Elite BJJ Junior World Championships this weekend.
All 3 boys done us proud, competing at a very high standard against tough opponents.
Special mention to Nayel who grabbed double gold in what was his last ever junior event- we can't wait to see him tear up the adult divisions.

Whether it be relieving stress, treating depression, or improving your energy levels, we're huge advocates of the mental health benefits of taking part in combat sports.

Lewis lost an absolute war tonight.
It's easy to forget it's been less than 2 years since Lewis had his first fight, and to go from novice to putting in a performance like that on one of the biggest shows in the UK in such a short time tells you all you need to know about this man.
Keep your head up, we're extremely proud of you.

Recently ranked no.4 in Scotland, this is a step up in class for Lewis as he travels down to Barnsley to fight on one of the largest shows in the UK but we've absolutely no doubt he's ready for it 💪
