I honestly do not know where to start- first of all they tried to charge us for another customers travel time, second the guy they sent didn't have a clue what he was doing and kept taking personal calls instead of carrying out his job. When asking him the progress of checking the boiler he kept saying its "so bad" - with no actual information he then said I needed a whole new boiler and a quote was received for £2k - I decided to go to British gas - they came and fixed and serviced my boiler within 2 hours - turns out the boiler was in great condition and there was a leak in the pipe underneath the floor and that's why the boiler was leaking pressure. Save yourself a rubbish customer service and incorrect advice and go to somewhere that actually knows what they are doing - If I never I could have been £2k down. Ridiculous is an understatement.

- seeing the below response really makes me laugh funny how first of all Aberdeen heating tried to charge me double the 78 pounds!!!! when you clearly state above that it would cover the first hour- was only solved when my partner phoned and the rude woman on the phone tried to claim I was also lying about the unprofessional engineer taking his phone calls. Second of all never even mentioned SSE so not sure what your going on about - and yes the carbon monoxide alarm went off as the alarm was faulty and the specialist who came out this confirmed it and told us to take the batteries out and I clearly explained this to engineer who didn't listen and went off on a tangent- the boiler was isolated because I asked them to because we had your engineer coming round the next day. But nice try - keep trying to rip people off. - and as for the leak under the floor you trying to claim your engineer new about this... he said nothing of the sort. Save yourselves and do not use this company. Will not waste my time here anylonger

I moved into my new flat at the beginning of last month. I came home from work to find I had no heating or hot water..i had quotes from several companies and found that Aberdeen heating offered the best value for money. I was told that an engineer would come round at a time suitable to myself. The engineer (simon) was professorial courteous and respectful. He was knowledgeable and efficient providing an excellent service. He installed the new boiler and took time to explain how it worked. He removed the old boiler and tidied up afterwards. I would definitely highly recommend Aberdeen heating to anyone looking to have a prompt professional service which has been great value for money.

Tenants moved out, and left the kitchen in a state of disrepair. Bit more work than I could do myself. Called around for a few quotes, and one of my chums recommended I get one one from Aberdeen Heating.
Surveyor came out, and discussed a few of my options, from cheaper to slightly higher end. Even the high end stuff was a good price. Ending up going with Aberdeen Heating for my Kitchen repair as you can see by the photos.
The guys that came out (Mark and Jack) were very professional, and very focused. Couldn't fault their workmanship, overall just nice guys.
Tidy throughout the work, and happy to answer any question I had.
Good communication throughout, no issues at all.
Always good to support your local businesses.

Just had a new boiler fitted and would like to thank all at Aberdeen Heating for a great service. Really helpful with survey and advice. Sandra and Lesley were great in office answering my questions. Lads were so polite and tidy great job all round.

We decided to replace our very old boiler with a new combi boiler via the governments HEEPS scheme and it was Aberdeen Heating who we went with as the registered installer. What can I say other than we're absolutely delighted with our new boiler! The guys removed the old boiler, water cylinder and water tank leaving no mess or waste. They installed the new system in 1 day only having to come back the next to complete the finishing touches. Overall we would definitely recommend Aberdeen Heating. Their affordable prices, quality workmanship, no mess or waste, no upfront payments, speed of service and free detailed quotation surely beats all the competition.
