ARI has always been difficult to navigate but recent improvements to signage have helped. Parking is still abysmal but the new car park under construction should alleviate this somewhat.

Just waiting for new car park to be completed which will hopefully alleviate the continuous horrendous parking problems!!

Large hospital but once you know where you are going it is easy to find what you are looking for. First day I took my dad in for his operation, I found the car parking a nightmare

My partner was there for an angioplasty few days ago.All went well and he got a very good treatement.Staff was very helpfull,professional and at the same time friendly.The place is very clean too.Great hospital.

I have just been called by a number registered to ARI, they left no message, and when I called back the phone just cut off. (01224 693119) I then rang the main switchboard to establish whether my elderly mother or a relative had suffered some medical emergency. Fortunately they have not, but the action of some idiot in making these calls and not leaving a message is the height of irresponsibility. It creates real anxiety on the part of the person called and, more importantly in the current environment, it wastes the precious time of other hospital staff who could be doing something worthwhile instead of fielding calls from concerned citizens lime me. Worse, a google search shows this appears to be a common experience shared by many others. So, hospital administrators, SORT IT OUT.
