We have rides throughout the week and cater for all abilities. There is usally a Sunday ride and a midweek ride. We also have spin sessions at ASV on tuesday mornings at 7am.

We ask that anybody attending club rides is confident riding in groups and on busy roads. Riders must also wear helmets, NO HELMET, NO RIDE. Appropriate road cycling clothing and equipment is recommended but not essensial and please make sure you carry food, spares (for punctures), phone and money is recommended.
