I gave a gentlemen a price for a large and complicated hedge trim a fee weeks ago. He was unhappy with the quote and said he had a quote half the price.
I was driving past his house today and i couldn't stop laughing.
This is what half the price got him! What an absolute mess lol

Bèautiful plant here. Introduced from japan long time ago. Big mistake!!! Find this growing in your gardèn and you can be looking at a £60k bill. Japanese knotweed. This wèed destroys foundations. Shoots through stone floors like paper. Astonishing growth. Just pray you dont see this anywhere near your property

After lengthy research ive selected my supplier for my leap into the artificial turf market. Ill be hitting the mid to high range in terms of quality. The labour costs to install cheap and high end material is the same. Ive encountered 2 year old Turf thats in tatters, and this is something i will avoid Having worked with polypropylene in a Dundee mill, the best products came from Belgium and the Netherlands,- light years ahead of anyone else. Under no circumstances will i gamble on chinese goods. Now to find a few customers who are willing to be be guinea pigs at a reduced rate.
No need to worry folks plenty of skill up my sleeve.

How not to cut trees!

Renovated and repaired decking. Removed several unwanted bushes and tidy up. Should have taken more photos before i started the job. Here's before and after pictures anyway

Did this last week. What the pictures dont show you is the elevation leading up to this cypress hedge. Took a while but got there. Customer was happy.

You'd think working outdoors in hot weather would be wonderful! Its a bloody nightmare

Really quick reply from Darren when I sent him a query about my garden. He got on with the job within a few days and was professional, polite and friendly as were his team! Decking has never looked better, they also fixed it where a tree had burst it open! Borders all tidied up and excess bushes all taken away. Grass seed put down and top soil! Excellent price too! Would highly recommended these guys!!!
