Acair Ltd was established in 1976 to provide Gaelic language materials for the ground breaking bi-lingual education project in the Western Isles. Over 30 years later and we are still one of the biggest publishers of Gaelic language books from children's, fiction, educational to historical, we have published a huge variety of books. We also publish books in English, bi-lingual and Scots.
