Excellent hotel, wonderful helpful caring staff nothing is too much trouble. Chef is a magician, had steak to die for in the steakhouse and would recommend to anyone.
We stayed here before The Enchanted Forest. Overall, it is a good hotel with friendly staff. The Breakfast in the morning is excellent, very well cooked and roasting hot. It fills you up for the day.
The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the strong smell of air fresher in the room. It gave us both very sore heads when in the room. Would stay here again when visiting Pitlochry.
Stopped at the steak house before the enchanted forest. The steaks were great along with the choice of sides nd other meals.
Friendly staff, good breakfast, and great value place to stay in centre of Pitlochry. Bedroom and bathroom are reasonably modern and are well maintained. Accommodating of young children. Would definitely stay here again.
Room was clean and staff was helpful, the only reason for 4 stars was that wifi was less than reliable. Other than that everything was wonderful. Pro tip: the Sticky toffee pudding at the steakhouse is some of the best in Pitlochry.
Nice place to stay, room was clean and modern. plenty of car parking spaces. Steakhouse restaurant was excellent, sirloin steak fantastic! Staff very friendly. Would definitely stay again!
Me and my partner went to the steakhouse before going to the enchanted forest. Food was absolutely amazing, easily the best steak I've ever had and I've eaten at alot of restaurants. Staff were great, very polite and made you feel relaxed and welcome. Me and my partner then continued our night where I asked her to marry me and she accepted! Perfect beginning to a perfect night. Definitely won't be forgetting this place and will be back for more steak

The steak house restaurant is amazing. Very comfortable rooms. Lovely homely lounges. Would stay here again in future.
