Like the previous reviewer, if it was possible to give a zero rating to this business I would do so without hesitation. Seven weeks ago I went to this shop with my 13 year old grandson who had water damaged his iPhone 6s. Like many young teenagers he also managed to carelessly lose the receipt he was originally given in the shop when he initially handed the phone in for repair. We were told at the beginning that the phone would be fixed in a matter of days and we would be called when it was ready for pick up. Two weeks later I went in to the shop to enquire about the phone and find out what was happening with it. At the same time, I explained about the missing receipt but, regardless of that, the guy managed to pull its details up on his computer. He phoned the workshop and asked about the phone. After a considerable period of time he said that they were searching for the phone, were very busy, however, and he would prefer to call me back when it was ready. I left it at that. After two more weeks and no phone call I went into the shop again and the comedy of words was exactly repeated. He would call me and let me know how things were......no phone call. After another ten days I again visited the shop to be given the exact same story i.e. I would be called when the phone was ready or, alternatively, they would give me some information about it. Yesterday, the 24th August, I went into the shop once again and this time with my grandson. Still no phone and things had now taken a turn for the worse, I was now told that as the boy had lost the receipt they could not find the phone at all and that it was his tough luck and without the receipt they took no absolutely no responsibility for either giving him his phone back or replacing it with any phone let alone a similar one. It has been a truly truly horrible even horrendous experience with continuous fudging, half truths and promises not being kept. Now to be told, as a result of their complete incompetence, that my grandson has now no recourse to recovering an expensive iPhone 6s without the original receipt was surely the last straw.You should judge for yourself, of course, but this business is totally and completely unreliable and, from my perspective, thoroughly disreputable with their incompetence and glaring deceit.
