What a horrible agency. Avoid at all costs. Terrible commination, rude, slow to act and the list goes on. Find a different agency.

Avoid this nightmare agent I viewed property and then reserved it by paying £250 and gave them about 4 references and then after week they send me message saying the flat is no longer available for rent

I have had a great experience using Accommodate Edinburgh, employees are friendly and helpful! Once reported, issues were usually resolved within a week! I would recommend to students!

We've let from this agency for almost 2 years and they have always been helpful and responsive. Whenever we needed to get something fixed, they got to it right away. Some people perhaps have felt the attitude is rude because they forget the agency has to deal with many flats, and often with tenants that are very rude themselves. All in all I would say one of the best agencies in town!

I was really surprised to read some of the reviews, my flat has been let through Accommodate for over 6 years now and I have always found them to be very friendly and efficient. They keep me well informed about any issues and I receive the rent promptly, overall I have found them to be very proffessional.
