Our thoughts are with our colleagues at Thistle Taxis today One of their drivers last night around 8pm in Bridgend Perth was assaulted punched in the face and threatened by what we can only describe as a crazy passenger who threatened to knife the driver. Let’s hope the judiciary deal with this in an appropriate manner and come down hard on the offender. We are all out there trying to make a crust when things like this happen they can affect you for months later as almost every taxi driver has experienced something like this at one time or another. Next time you are in a taxi spare a thought for the drivers that are out there just trying to make a living by getting you home safely and are potentially at risk every day of their life’s dealing with Drink & Drug fuelled idiots

Just like to say thanks to Rony for bringing back a bag that I had left in his taxi, not many people would give up the time to do so and I thought it was brilliant.

Decent service. Laugh when people complain about "not getting to use the toilet" Taxi offices do not have Public Toilets...there is a pub next door wonder why the customer never went there? Something happens and the company have an insurance claim against them. Would you let a stranger use the loo in your house?

As always, Great service from a friendly local Taxi firm, always on time, drivers polite and courteous. First Class Service!

Use of the toilet while waiting for a taxi. (In extreme circumstances) no. Absolutely Disgusting. 60 year old woman left in discomfort �

Shocking service...we will never use Ace Taxis again. When you get told 30 minutes you do not expect to be kept waiting for an hour in the p*ssing rain. Plus 4 phone calls before the taxi eventually turned up. Avoid this company like the plague....

I was told today my taxi would be with me in 10-15mins. 20mins later I call again to be told it's on it's way & will be with me in a couple of mins. Another 10mins later, still no taxi. Called a third time to be told the original driver "didn't know about this job" & another one was on it's way. Over half an hour me & my little boy waited. No apologies made. Also had to pay driver extra as he didn't have change! Will not be using you again

Exceptionally rude on the phone and poor not on time service as in - didn't turn up at all, that along with the fact they hang up on the phone leaves a lot to be desired. In fact they did turn up, alas it was twenty five minutes behind schedule, poor time keeping.
