Ace Windows

My friend has just had new windows and balcony door fitted and although sceptical at first about how well Ace would do i was pleasantly surprised to see what an excellent job they have done.I have been in the building trade for over 40 years and have not seen this quality of workmanship for a long long time.Well done Ace.Highly recommended to anyone thinking of new double glazing.

We have recently had Ace Windows replace all the windows in our house and they have done a brilliant job. They are clean, tidy and the joinery work is fantastic and most importantly the windows look amazing. I would have no hesitation in recommending them,

Had phoned Ace windows and arranged for someone to come out on a Monday between 10 - 11am to give me a quote. Was a no show not even a phone call to say can't make it. Very poor!

I phoned Ace Windows and got a budget quote over the phone for windows. The price seemed fair so I booked an appointment for someone to come out to measure the windows and to provide an actual quote. The appointment was between 10.30am and 11.30am. Received a call at 10.45am on the day of the appointment to say they couldn't make it. Was disappointed that the appointment was cancelled, but more so by the late notice. I knew the person who was supposed to come out was going on holiday for a week, so I expected a phone call to re-arrange around a week later. I did not receive a call. I therefore phoned them and explained that my last appointment had been cancelled at the last minute. The woman I spoke to told me someone would call me back in around an hour. That was a week ago and I have never had a call. As such, I cannot comment on the standard of windows or workmanship, but I can comment on their customer service which in my experience has been extremely poor.
