Popped into Achilles Heel after a long time away from running due to ACL surgery. I was reassessed by Stef, who must be the friendliest and most helpful man in the business.



My running style has changed and this resulted in trying on several pairs of trainers before finding the right ones. The patience shown and time taken to get the right trainers reiterated why I always go back to them, they always do what's right for the customer and not what has the biggest profit margin like other stores!

Popped in today having been suffering with some pain. Super friendly service, straight away identified why I would be getting pain and I've walked away with a pair of shoes suitable for my feet. Almost instantly all the pain went away and feel confident to start training again. I completely missed the ladies name, but she was fantastic and really encouraging.

Outstanding service from the team. Great range of products and first class advice and service. By far THE best running shop around. Looked after me each and every time I have been in cant recommend enough! :-)

Dropped in for advice on best shoes for me. The fantastic Stef looked after me and got me a great pair of Brooks. First run faster time and any numbness I was getting after running for a length of time before in my foot disappeared. Definitely shows the importance of getting the right shoes for your running style and foot shape.
