LONDON MARATHON
Good luck to our physiotherapist, Iain Reid, who is running in this years London Marathon. ¤ÅāŌĆŹŌÖé’ĖÅ His personal best is 2 hours 29 minutes. Last year he ran it in 2 hours 33 minutes. If you remember last year was a very hot day, so I think he's in with a good chance of beating it this year! ŌÅ▒
Also, good luck to all our clients who are taking part!

Good luck to Iain Reid and any of our clients who are competing in this weekends National Cross Country event. It is taking place at Callendar Park in Falkirk and is the biggest cross country race in the Scottish race calendar. It is eagerly awaited because of the great competition between all the Scottish Clubs.
In the last 5 years Iain has gone from 19th position to 40th. Can he fight against the ageing process or will he keep slowing down? The big challenge for him is trying to stay in the top 40!
Come on Iain you can do it......
