Actum is led by its three founding directors, Julian Francey, Jay Francey and Scott Wardlaw. We conceived Actum to deliver a bespoke, tailored design and build service for the commercial sector here in the UK. Julian and Jay Francey have over 25 years experience running one of Scotland's premier joinery manufacture and fit out businesses. Scott is a fully qualified Architect with over 20 years experience across multiple sectors including commercial office design, hospitality and retail design. The team are passionate about providing an integrated approach to your commercial project, providing design assistance when needed as well as bespoke joinery manufacturing and shop fitting of commercial interiors. Our belief is that this integrated approach can lead to more enjoyable, rapid, cost effective outcomes for our clients, all whilst retaining the quality that all three directors are known for delivering.
