Your skin routine should eventually be as cemented into your routine as brushing your teeth.
Start with your cleanser both am and pm unless directed otherwise (e.g. the acne clarifying cleanser could be used only a few times per week - pm use). As these cleansers do NOT alter the skin pH there is no need for a toner.
Alumier MD is a medical skincare brand therefore the target serums should only be used on that target area. For example acne only on the jawline - you would j...ust put the acne balancing serum on the active acne on the jawline not all over the face.
In the PM retinol should be the first target serum applied as it has the furthest to travel down the skin. Thickest serums first.
Ensure to allow full absorption of each serum before applying the next.
Eye products should be the only products used in the orbital bone area. This is due to the skin being significantly more delicate here. Use a tap/pressing motion to apply products. Use the guide of a grain of rice for the amount of product required to cover both eye areas.
Eventually your skin should improve to the point that you don’t need a moisturiser all the time. Until then at certain times of the year it might need an extra helping hand. They should be applied after target serums if required. For example I only use hydrcalm over the winter months.
SPF daily is essential. Alumier MD have hydrating, matte or tinted broad spectrum physical filter sunscreens. Each previous step will be worthless unless you use SPF.
Exfoliation weekly to keep stimulating your cell turnover and keep a radiant glow. Generally between 1-2 times per week (depending on skin conditions). Bright & Clear on rough gauze 3 times per week. This is a very active product but you can increase to more frequent use. AHA serum or enzymatic peel could be used alongside bright & clear. But I would use bright and clear first before introducing one of the others.
