Geoff brings a great breadth and depth of experience of the planning and development of infrastructure projects. As a self starter able to work alone or with a team, he can quickly and easily fit into many roles. All of Geoff's jobs have been newly created positions, many that required a flexible approach to the job remit. Often Geoff has developed working practices and governance arrangements, identified and engaged with stakeholders internally and externally, while continuing to develop the programme or project. It is this ability to fit in and draw on a range of experience that should make interim roles attractive to prospective clients. Geoff's specialities are in programme and project management, particularly where the integration of multidisciplinary teams is required. Projects must often be developed through partnership working. Geoff relishes the stakeholder engagement that is needed in this environment. He is comfortable communicating with senior management internally and externally. His positive, can-do attitude, enthusiasm and excellent communication skills assist him in this.
