An exploration of ADHD As Females by two females who are ADHD AF! Neurodivergent neighbours, Dawn and Laura were both diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 38. Serendipitously, they moved to the same street at the same time, at the same age, with the same undiagnosed disability! What are the chances?! Both at different stages in the diagnosis process, join them on their journey of trying to get their heads around what's been going on in their heads undetected all this time. Based in the quaint and historic fishing village of Fittie, on Aberdeen beach. Join the girls for an informal chat, or as it's called in the North East, a ‘blether'. With cameos from extra special guests and lots of listener input. Each week the ADHDAF ladies dive into another aspect of ADHD and their experiences whilst they ride the late diagnosis rollercoaster. Not medical professionals, Doctors, therapists or life coaches, just two women living out this discovery in real time. Using their voices to raise awareness, and break the stigma, and sharing their personal experiences in the hope that they help others.
