Karen Anderson and Carolyn Lints are passionate about the power of confident non executive leadership in achieving purposeful change. In founding Adiante Leadership, they work with individuals and groups to enhancing personal development and leadership capability. Adiante Leadership specialises in supporting non executive directors to succeed on boards through integrated leadership, governance and strategy.
