We visited here today with our 3 kids. The soft play area is amazing and they had so much fun running & climbing about to burn off the excess energy! We also did the High Ride which is a great experience and a gives a big rush of adrenaline while walking above the ice rink! We then went and climbed the climbing wall which again was amazing! Being a newbie to climbing the instructors gave a great briefing and assistance where required.

All the staff were very friendly and welcoming and their customer service was great. We will definitely be back!

User

We had a fantastic day at aerial adventures. Andy was amazing with all the kids, not easy with them all over excited. He was very calm and patient with them & made it fun. The birthday boy said he was ace although im not sure about his singing (lol). Adults had a go too, even my 60yr old dad. Lady on desk was fab too. Will defo be back soon. Thanks xx

User

Took my 4 year old son to the Climbing club on Saturday morning and he loved it.

The guy who ran it is superb, worked very well with my son and make him feel safe and pushed him to go higher and do more. Couldn't recommend it enough.

User

Staff were great and it was also great to have the walls to ourselves

User

Staff absolutely fantastic very clean reasonable price kids loved it. I have a son with learning disabilities and payed for the wall for him as soon as we got there he said he didn't want to go on so I explained to the staff about my son. The lady took him out to see the wall let him try on the harness and explained to him that he only had to go as high as he was comfortable with they were fabulous with him but he decided he didn't want to go on they came to him a couple of time to see if he would change his mind but it was a no go. The girls enjoyed every bit of it will definitely be going again in the near future and hopefully the more I go my son will get the courage to go on the wall.

User

My sons received a Groupon voucher for the HiRide and Climbing Wall; and we went along today and it was brilliant. Girls on the tills were lovely and really helpful and made us feel really welcome. The team 'on the ropes' were also great. My boys were on the HiRide with a group of adults, and whilst our 11 year old mostly kept up; our (small) 9 year old did struggle at first with the obstacles, but we could see from our vantage point looking up from the ice-rink that the staff were brilliant and supportive and gave him the confidence he needed without making him feel as though he was 'holding the older ones up', or that he was going too slowly which might have embarrassed and upset him, so they did that brilliantly - thank you!! They both loved the climbing wall but wished it was a bit taller - after the HiRide I think they wanted to keep the thrills coming; but they both had a fantastic time and apparently next time we visit, I have to do the HiRide as well......! Thank you so much, highly recommended.

User

My 3kids aged 3, 6 & 8 thoroughly enjoyed their time here. Super climbing wall for them, with very helpful and knowledgeable staff on hand. My 3yr old loves the play area and didn't want to leave.

Great place for the people of East Kilbride and surrounding areas, all in one place so no need to go to separate places to entertain the kids as there's a 5yr age gap between mine.

Well Done All involved in opening I'm sure it will be a raring success..!!😁👍

User

Just had my daughter Zoe's 5th birthday party here yesterday! What an amazing venue!!!! Kids all had a brilliant time in the soft play & the party room downstairs was ideal! Plenty space for all the kids to eat & play some games! I literally brought the birthday cake & party bags, the rest was all organised by aerial adventure - an ideal hassle free party for me!! A special thanks to Shauna who made sure everything was perfect for us from start to finish, she couldn't have done anymore! Perfect party host! Would highly recommend for a party!! Thanks aerial adventure!!!!

User

I took my 11 year old and two 9 year olds yesterday and all had a fantastic time and talking about when they can go back next. Staff were brilliant, no issues and everything flowed perfectly with no excessive waiting times. We did the 3 different things; the Aeriel walk, the wall climb and the electronic wall games all for £12 per person so great value when combined. Will definitely be back.

User

I have visited Aerial Adventures several times, visiting the soft play, HiRide and climbing wall - and have had a fantastic experience every time! There is something for everyone, I've visited with both my seven year old son and also with my girlfriends for some big kid fun!!! The staff are all great, always have a smile on their faces. Shauna is the best and made my sons birthday perfect. I would highly recommend!!

User

Had a brilliant day out with family and friends yesterday. We all had a go on the HiRide, more than once, as it was such great experience - a real adrenaline rush, I was a bit nervous but so glad I did it - staff were brilliant, really friendly and encouraging. Climbing wall was also brilliant fun for all of our group and again the staff were great. Kids finished up in the soft play which is one of the best I've been to, really clean and bright, kept the kids amused for absolutely ages whilst we adults enjoyed a coffee (coffee is really nice too). All in all a great visit, we all loved it. Highly recommended! We travelled from Perth and it was totally worth it, so not just for people from East Kilbride to enjoy.

User

Fantastic for my 10yo and I. Had loads of shots around the aeriel course (too many lol i was exhausted) enjoyed the rock climbing and games afterwards. Very reasonably priced also

User

Fab soft play for little ones, small enough to keep an eye on them. Staff very friendly and very clean.

User

Absolutely brilliant afternoon here with my son and 10 of his pals for his birthday. The staff could not have been more helpful, and encouraging to the boys, and even in the build up Shauna was fantastic in helping with the arrangements. Thanks again. We will be back.

User

Herr today with a 12 and 8 year old for the HiRide and climbing wall. Both loved the HiRide but only got twice around the course which was a bit disappointing (there were only 3 of them on it). Would be better if you could get more time on it. They enjoyed the climbing wall but got bored of it as they were the only 2 on it so were up and down loads. Overall it was good

User

I was here on monday with my niece she really enjoyed the hi ride and the soft play. She did not like the climbing wall. The man who works on the climbing wall should not be working with children! He has a terrible approach in the way he speaks to them. He wasn't best pleased when the kids struggled to understand questions he was asking which led to him huffing and asking again in a stern manner! All these kids were young, my niece is 8 the rest were younger! I just think his attitude towards them was shocking!

User

Positives - soft play is lovely, fresh and clean. Good size for my kids ages (2&3) and now that the pricing structure has changed it is much better value for money than their previous pricing.

Negatives - not having a toilet on the same floor as a play facility aimed at babies/toddlers from 1+ is madness. Having to take all your belongings and gather all kids you are with and effectively leave the soft play all together, every time someone needs the toilet, is something I've never experienced at any soft play we have been to (thank goodness!)

User

Wont be back. The fact that you let a 12year old in softplay with wee children is terrible she pushed her down the slide and my 3 year old daughter scratched her face. At most i think softplay is for 8 max. No one supervising upstairs. Overpriced as well. Complained and you didnt really seem interested. Someone should really watch upstairs. If the parents wont watch their kids someone should instead of everyone having a natter downstairs. Four members of staff at the till after 12 twiddling there thumbs while a riot uptairs awesome....

User

Went to the play bit today with my boys and nephews. They enjoyed it but Not ideal if your going alone and have more than one child as the toilets and baby changing area is down stairs, so u would need to round up all the kids and go back down every time one needed the toilet or nappy change. Play area should maybe have been put down the stairs and something for older children e.g. Roller blade hall. The wee cafe bit won't make a lot of money if your having to go down to order food. Which means again gathering children Lift isn't very good as it's one you need to hold the button for it to travel and my son managed to get inside and take it half way down. Luckily my sister managed to get him to press the right button to come back up. Prices are a tad steep. Also you get charged for under 1 year olds. It's only £1 but why should they need to pay anything if they aren't playing in it

User

They both loved the climbing wall but wished it was a bit taller - after the HiRide I think they wanted to keep the thrills coming; but they both had a fantastic time and apparently next time we visit, I have to do the HiRide as well......! Thank you so much, highly recommended.

Just had my daughter Zoe's 5th birthday party here yesterday! What an amazing venue!!!! Kids all had a brilliant time in the soft play & the party room downstairs was ideal! Plenty space for all the kids to eat & play some games! I literally brought the birthday cake & party bags, the rest was all organised by aerial adventure - an ideal hassle free party for me!! A special thanks to Shauna who made sure everything was perfect for us from start to finish, she couldn't have done anymore! Perfect party host! Would highly recommend for a party!! Thanks aerial adventure!!!!

Fantastic for my 10yo and I. Had loads of shots around the aeriel course (too many lol i was exhausted) enjoyed the rock climbing and games afterwards. Very reasonably priced also

Fab soft play for little ones, small enough to keep an eye on them. Staff very friendly and very clean.

Absolutely brilliant afternoon here with my son and 10 of his pals for his birthday. The staff could not have been more helpful, and encouraging to the boys, and even in the build up Shauna was fantastic in helping with the arrangements. Thanks again. We will be back.
