☀️ Late cancellation & missed appointment policy ☀️
☀️ As we are extremely busy at the moment and fully booked for days in advance we have a cancellation list for everyday. From 2/7/19 we will now charge 100% of the cost of a booking if it is cancelled/missed with in 2 hours of the appointment time. If everyone could notify us if they need to cancel as soon as possible so we could get the people on the cancellation list an appointment it would be much appreciated from our par...t and other customers. We feel 2 hours gives the customer enough time to notify Afterglow and for Afterglow to offer these slots to other customers. ☀️
☀️ If appointment is missed or cancelled within 2 hours we will either take minutes of their block or charge a fee at their next appointment. ☀️
☀️ We hope everyone can appreciate this as it’s frustrating for other customers not getting appointments when people don’t turn up ☀️

☀️ As we are still fully booked with the extended hours from 19.00 - 20.00 on Mondays, Wednesdays + Fridays we have decided to open to 21.00 every night during the week! We want to fit as much of our amazing customers in as possible and hopefully this hours will help that. (We may have to start doing nightshift soon at this rate) ☀️

☀️ 15 minute appointments - if customers wish to do 15 minutes on the Sunbed can they please turn up at least 5 minutes before their slot. As we are fully booked we won’t manage to allow a 15 minute slot unless you are early as it puts us behind the rest of the day ☀️
