I ordered a gluten free birthday cake for my daughter's birthday and not only did it look amazing, it was honestly the most delicious cake I have ever tasted! So moist and fluffy which is extremely difficult to achieve when making a gluten free sponge. Would 100% recommend! ���

I have also watched her bake decorate and deliver countless fantastic cakes that have made so many people smile on their special occasion...very proud of this lady and it goes without saying I highly recommend her you will not be disappointed.
