Airdrie Health Centre

The staff weren't very nice & the part of the building i needed is only open once a week! It's no use. I came here on Tuesday was told i needed to come back on Thursday between 1pm & 4:30pm and that i could just walk in,got here on Thursday and i was told i cant just walk in i need an appointment!!

This place is disgraceful

Has to be one of the worst doctors surgery going. Used to be great. But patients definitely over powered this clinic. Can't get an appointment with a doctor without doing it over the phone. Problem being there staff have to long breaks, constantly on hold when trying to phone and useless if you do get through. Shame. Needs more staff to cope with patient demand and better upgraded phone system
