Thank you very much to everyone for their well wishes whilst I was recently in hospital, I really appreciate them all, thank you.
And thank you to everyone’s patience whilst waiting on a message reply, sorry some of you had a delay until I got back to you.
And a huge huge thank you to Karen Ingram Amy Allison and Evelyn Todd for keeping Airlie House running whilst Iv been trying to rest and recover, I truly appreciate all your extra work you have put in.
... And not last but Least to my mam, aswell as worrying about me she’s been doing crazy hours cleaning serving aswell as getting up to her usual daft antics 🙈. Brooke Stephen and G Stephen for helping out at the house and keeping mum in the right direction 😁

Well we are all refreshed after our extended holiday and are open again tomorrow from 10am-4pm. We will have carrot and coriander soup or tattie and leek soup.

I had a lovely relaxed Christmas at home with all my family, then enjoyed a few days with my husband and kids down in Edinburgh, wow the lights and Christmas markets in Edinburgh are a must see😍🎅🏻👌🏻
Unfortunately a few days into the new year I was admited into ninewells again. Things haven’t quite went to plan this time so Iv reluctantly made the decision to delay opening Airlie House until t...he 17th January. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. I hope you can understand.

it’s been a manic 85hr week at Airlie House this week 😴. It’s now Time to hang up my apron and enjoy Christmas with my family 🎅🏻
I’d like to take this opportunity to say thank you all very very much for your continued support and custom throughout the year. We are just overwhelmed at the response we have had to our business, something that started out as a “hairy fairy idea” to my dad has now become the busy little business we have today. It’s truly amazing! Thank you all so... so much.
I’d also like to say a huge big thank you to my girls Karen Ingram Amy Allison who have worked their socks off this last month making crazy amounts of cakes each week, you are absolute stars 😘 and of course Evelyn Todd serving you all and keeping up with the chaos in the kitchen. And my wee angel Suzanne Scott who’s been helping us out during the manic December, even got her baking this weekend. Most importantly my mam, she truly is one in a million shes like the Duracell bunny she never stops! She has supported me right from the start, always their whenever I need her, she keeks me going (even when I just want a wee seat, no no keep going don’t stop🙄)
As we have been non stop and so busy we have decided we will close for Christmas and new year, but we will be back all refreshed and ready to go again on the 10th January.
